She snapped some pictures and, after a couple of days, uploaded them to Facebook in the hope of finding the mystery couple.
Rhian said she didn’t want to upload the images any soon just in case it spoiled any potential announcements they may have been planning to make to friends and family.
They have since been shared more than 7,000 times on Facebook – and reached the couple’s attention within hours of being posted.

The mystery couple who have captured the hearts of people on social media can now be identified as Daniel Doran and Debbie Walker from Deeside in Flintshire.
And you’ll all be very glad to know that Debbie said yes to her now fiance’s proposal.
Speaking about the chance photo, Debbie said: “I saw a lady taking a photo of her dog as we walked past.
“We sat at the bench looking out as the sun was setting, l turned to see Dan on his knee and asked if I would marry him – and produced the most beautiful ring.
“I said yes and we hugged, shortly after Dan said he thought the lady took our picture and we went to try and find her but we couldn’t.
“We facetimed all our family at the spot he proposed to tell them all the news.

“A few days later, l was tagged in a post and l couldn’t believe I saw our picture and that the lady had found us.
“She has made our day extra special by capturing the moment and we can not thank her enough and have invited her and her partner to our engagement party and we are hoping she will be our photographer for the wedding.
“I believe in fate and this is that occasion that fate has brought us together.
“We are overwhelmed by the response but we would like to thank everyone for their lovely comments and wishes and once again massive thank you to Rhian for capturing our special moment.”
Speaking to North Wales Live, Rhian said: “It was an absolute stroke of luck that I was on leave from the Army over the bank holiday weekend and happened to be in Conwy with my camera, the very same night Dan proposed to Debz.
“I turned from the castle I saw the lad getting on his knee and pulling out the ring box, by the time I’d changed lens this was the only photo I managed to get but it’s a photo that nobody else has and will mean the world to the pair.
“Facebook has been amazing in finding them and I’m so glad I was able to get the photo sent over to them!
”I left it a few days before posting the photo as I didn’t want to be stepping on any toes if they haven’t announced it to family etc hence why I’ve left it – I didn’t want to be the one to break the good news.
”They hugged after so I knew it was a yes, If they didn’t, I guess I would have had a photo of a rejection and not an engagement but I’m glad they are happy and now they can share the moment not nobody was there to see.”
